A Legacy of Family, Love, and Generations
Pastor Lofton Bulley Jr. is not only a devoted servant of God, but also a committed family man whose life reflects a legacy of love, unity, and generational impact.
From his union with Pearl Marie Bulley, Pastor is the father of 11 biological children, including eight shared, two lovingly raised by her, and one prior, along with two adopted daughters. From this foundation, a powerful legacy was established that has now grown to include 38 grandchildren, 84 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren to date.
From his union with Juanita Bulley, Pastor also embraced one bonus son, continuing that legacy of love and fatherhood.
In his present chapter, Pastor continues building upon that legacy with his wife, Lisa Bulley, alongside their family of four daughters and one grandchild, carrying forward the same values of unity, strength, and devotion to God.
Pastor Bulley is a Preacher’s preacher. At 84 years strong, he is a father figure to many and a respected spiritual leader to countless sons and daughters in the gospel. His sound teaching, godly wisdom, and faithful example have blessed all who have sought his counsel and sat under his ministry.
Pastor Bulley’s life reflects not separate chapters, but one continuous story of God’s grace, a family rooted in love, extended through generations, and united by faith.
After 50 Years of faithful pastoral leadership, Pastor Lofton Bulley Jr. entered a new season in July 2026 when he passed the pastoral leadership of True Vine Church Ministry to Pastor Darnell Jordan.
Pastor Bulley remains the Founder and Pastor Emeritus of True Vine Church Ministry. We honor the foundation he laid, the lives he has touched, and the legacy that continues today.

Pastor Darnell Jordan serves as the Pastor of True Vine Church Ministry. Pastor Jordan and his wife, Carletta, have shared 25 years of marriage, and to this union they have five children. They are also blessed with two grandchildren.
In July 2026, Pastor Jordan received the pastoral leadership of True Vine Church Ministry from our Founder and former Pastor, Pastor Lofton Bulley Jr. He accepted this responsibility with great respect for the foundation and legacy that Pastor Bulley established, along with a desire to continue the work God began through this ministry.
Pastor Jordan has a heart for people and desires for True Vine to be a church where everyone feels welcomed and loved, while also being encouraged to grow in the Word of God. His desire is to see people grow stronger in their faith, build stronger marriages and families, and have a real relationship with Jesus Christ.
Under Pastor Jordan’s leadership, True Vine continues its commitment to preaching and teaching the Word of God, reaching people, serving the community, strengthening families, and helping people live out their faith in their everyday lives.
As True Vine moves into this next chapter, we are thankful for where God has brought us, respectful of the foundation that has been laid, and excited about where God is leading us.
